Yes, the firts floor art exhibition space is open to the public and you might be able to score a tour of the social club on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

MaybeItsFate opened in October of 2024. Public hours typically run on Friday and Saturdays between 1pm and 5pm. Members have access 7 days a week between 8am and 10pm.

The co-op has members who use the upstairs space for gatherings (they can bring guests), meetings, co-working, performances, and just hanging out. The upstairs social club features a kitchen, lots of living rooms, a zen room with hammock chairs, a library, a craft room, an outside area on a deck, and a small performance space perfect for everything from live music, presentations, yoga, etc.
